GOVERNA Proyectos reads that text, tells you what it understood and states what it could not read, and builds the skeleton of the project with you: a problem tree with causes and effects held apart, a results chain from inputs to impact, indicators with unit, source and a route of access that actually exists, and the funding gates that apply to your sector and to your kind of project, with who files under each one. It closes with the questions a committee will ask, ordered by relevance. It does not replace the formulation work: it shows how we order it.

The georeferenced inventory of a public entity's assets
Every asset with its record, its location on the map and its condition, carrying the date someone went out and verified it. On that base, impairments are registered with their evidence and their validation, gaps are derived, and they are prioritised under criteria the entity configures and that stay versioned, all the way to interventions. It is built so every figure can be traced back to the record behind it, which is what makes it defensible before an oversight body or in a handover report. It is used by city and regional governments and by the field teams that gather the data.
